Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All our parcels are packaged in tried and tested high quality packaging to ensure that the item will arrive on time, in perfect condition.

Our orders are sent via various couriers depending on size, weight, distance and time frame for delivery.

We have a target to get all of our orders sent out with in 1-2 working days. Please allow 2-3 during peak times.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All our products come with a 14 day return, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

To start a return, you can contact us via the 'contact' page or click HERE. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

The item MUST be returned in its original packaging and returned in the same box it was sent in. If the item is returned to us in a different box, then the buyer is liable for any damages in transport.
 

Please note refunds exclude any delivery charges.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the problem and put it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns of empty products. If the bottle of blueberry face mask is empty we cannot accept the return.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
